As first time home buyers we felt like we were walking in blind and he held our hand the whole way. Genuinely, without his guidance I believe we would have given up on the endeavor and continued renting. Aside from ensuring our transaction was fair and ensuring the appropriate repairs were conducted on our home before closing, Frank was exceptionally adaptable to our situation. We were moving from a different state with the military during Covid and it caused several schedule changes (multi-month changes) and he took them all in stride.
